Flex day reflection question

1. On a scale from one to ten ten, ten being the top score how would you rate the work environment you saw at the factory?

I would give the work environment a seven out of ten. I would give it that score becuase of the kind of work environment I saw at the factory. The garmet making area when they actually made the garmet seemed pretty cluttered and the work people did not seem to have much space between themselves. Besides that I saw in one of the work areas the work environment seemed pretty spaced out then the other work environment that I saw. The actual offices that I went to also seemed cluttered becuase in one room there was a desk and also a conferce table which I personally think that should have been in another room other then that one.

Take home Test answears

1. I think one of the reasons was that he said he felt he was out. He did not fit in with anyone or anywhere in the school becuase he did not have any friends. He also does not know how to interact with people in the school which is why he is unpopular. Also he says that Elliott and Catalina were the first people that he had a friend like connection with. This is stated on page number 41.

2. No I can't relate to his experiance because my hole bullying experiance was different. Then his and I do not think that what Russel said was true becuase it shows like everyone is out to get him and that is not true. Mostly people tend to avoid him. Only Richie was the person that bullied him. This is stated on page number 4.

3. You can tell becuase he sounds like he is scared of Richie becuase him talking like he is scared is a big clue that he is being bullied by someone. Also if you are scared that someone is out to get you it is a possibility that you are being bullied. Something like this is also stated on page number 7.

4. Not at all because in this book the boy incidents are alot more violent then the girl incidents in the book. The girl's stuff was notes and mean side conversations. In the boy's incidents there is fitting cussing and violent things. The chapter of the book when Elliott fits the Joc Rocks is what I think the most violent part of the whole book which beginnings on page number 55 and ends on page 60.

5. Leah's first comment is completely different then the other one. The first one says that she supports The Reavealers. But in the second one she is against it which is totally different then the first comment. I think she did this becuase she is afraid that she will get in trouble with the principal becuase she stopped kidnet which is stated on page number 153.
6. Her two comments are different becuase she has a different view on takeing kidnet away. In the first comment she is still not going to give kidnet back. In the second one she is changing her ming about it and she is giving it back. She is giving it back becuase the chair man of the school borad who is higher rank then she is taked her in to it which is stated on page number 201.

Response to J.C's response to Elliott's expose

Dear Juan Carlos,

I agree with what you said about Elliott's message. I also think that he is trying to get the word out that he and other students at Parkland Middle School are getting bullied and it is happening all the time and I think people should stand up for him even if he is a bit nerdy. Even if you were a bit nerdy I would stand up for you and try to help you if you were getting bullied by people. So all together I agree with what you said in your response to Elliott's expose.

your somewhat pal,

Michael Koehlmoos

Response to Tate's response to Elliott's expose

Dear Tate,

I completely agree with what you said in your response. I als believe that Elliott was trying to get the word out that bullying was something that was happening in the school. Also I agree with what you said about the hole what if you don't do anything about it and one day you get bullied and then were will you be. I also believe that there is a way that together people can stop the bullying that is happening at the school

sincerly yours,

Michael Koehlmoos

Response to Elliott's expose

1. I think what Elliott was trying to say was that bullying at the school goes on all the time and people don't do anything about it and he also said maybe because it happens to only geekier kids or kids that don't have it as good as good as other kids do. Then the rest of his message I think means is that what if one of these days somethig bad happens to you what will happen then. I think the point of the message was to inform kids that bullying was a huge issue and that what will happen to people if one day something bad does happen to someone.
